When you place an order with LockerLookz, your order information will be encrypted and transmitted via SSL and your order will be processed on a secure server. Shortly after placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Delivery and Shipping Information

LockerLookz orders are fulfilled by Darice, Inc. and are shipped from its Cleveland, Ohio, facility.

Your LockerLookz order will ship via UPS, and most orders are delivered within 6-11 days. Delivery charges for items are based on the total weight and the delivery address. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping – We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico addresses.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional $20 will be added to shipping charges and the shipment will be shipped by UPS Ground.

Damaged and Lost Shipments

Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Contact us in the case of damaged or lost shipments.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. The items you are returning must be in their original condition, in the original product packaging. Please include your name, order number, shipping address, and a copy of your invoice with your return item.

Cancellations/Refused Orders

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
