When you place an order with LockerLookz, your order information will be encrypted and transmitted via SSL and your order will be processed on a secure server. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

Delivery and Shipping Information

We ship all orders by UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air may be requested at an additional cost. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Delivery charges for items are based on the total weight and the delivery address.

Standard - UPS Ground is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the continental U.S. Availability of shipment is noted on each product page. Average estimated shipping time for Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days.

International Shipping - We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico addresses.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional $20 will be added to shipping charges and the shipment will be shipped by UPS Ground

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged and Lost Shipments

Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at or call us at 1-800-264-1434 in case of damaged or lost shipments.


All order cancellations must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time by the next business day from the time you placed your order. To cancel an order e-mail us at or call us at 1-800-264-1434, use prompt #1. If the order has already been shipped, please refuse the package at the time of the delivery. We are not responsible for return shipping in case of late cancellation.


Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment. The items must be in their original condition (with original product packaging). Please include your name, order number, shipping address, a copy of your invoice and explanation of what you would like us to do with your return (credit or exchange with another item). We will credit you in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made. Applies only to online orders placed via Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
